How your data is used
Who is responsible Su Esthetic Home Spa is responsible for your data (suesthetic@gmail.com). SeeU provides the website and hosts the data on the salon’s behalf, following its instructions.
What is collected What you write in this form: your name, your contact details and your message, and the subject, service or date if you choose them.
Why, and on what basis Only to answer your message: you are asking the salon for something (Thai Personal Data Protection Act, section 24). It is not sold, and not used for advertising.
Who can see it The salon’s team, who receive your message in the SeeU app and by email, and SeeU to host and run the service.
Where, and for how long On Google Cloud servers in Singapore, outside Thailand. Your message is deleted automatically 12 months after it is sent; you can ask for it to be deleted sooner. The copy emailed to the salon stays in its mailbox.
Your rights You can ask the salon to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. You can also contact the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
