Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and what your rights are, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, B.E. 2562).

SeeU: SeeU TH Company Limited, 0105568198143, 762/9-762/11 (4th floor) Sukhumvit Rd., Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

When you visit the website

As with any website, our servers receive technical information: your IP address, your browser and the page requested. It is used to display the website and protect it against abuse, not to identify you.

The salon also measures visits to its website: pages viewed, where the visit came from (search engine, social network, ad), services viewed and booking steps. This uses no cookie: a random identifier lives in the browser tab and disappears when you close it. Your IP address, name, email and phone number are not recorded.

If you book, your booking keeps where the visit came from.

Booking online

To book, you give your first name, email address, phone number and, if you wish, a note for the salon.

This information is used to arrange and manage your appointment, send you its confirmation and keep your client record at the salon. The legal basis is performing the service you request (PDPA, s. 24(3)).

The contact form

What you write there (your name, a way to reply to you, your message) is used only to reply to you, which is why you write (PDPA, s. 24(3) and 24(5)). None of it is used for advertising.

Messages are deleted automatically 12 months after they are received. The salon may receive a copy by email, which it keeps in its own mailbox.

Please do not include health information in this form.

The chat

If you write to the salon through the chat bubble, your messages, and the contact details you choose to give (first name, last name, email, phone), are used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare your appointment (PDPA, s. 24(3)). None of it is used for advertising.

The conversation is kept with the salon’s other messages, in the SeeU app. Your browser keeps the conversation’s identifier (in its local storage, not in a cookie) to show it to you again when you come back; clearing this site’s data in your browser forgets it.

The conversation also keeps where the visit came from (an ad, a search engine…), like a booking.

Cookies and ad measurement

This website uses no measurement or advertising cookies.

Otherwise, it only uses what it needs to work and stay secure, such as protection against robots.

Content from other services

To show some parts of the website, your browser contacts other services, which then receive your IP address:

  • The salon’s photos and videos are served by Google Cloud and the Cloudflare network.
  • Photos in Google reviews are loaded from Google’s servers.
  • The website’s forms go through a Cloudflare check (Turnstile) that makes sure a person, not a robot, is sending them.

Who receives your data

  • The salon’s team, as needed for their work.
  • SeeU, which provides the website and hosts the data on the salon’s behalf.
  • SeeU’s technical providers: Google Cloud (hosting) and Cloudflare (network and security).

Your data is never sold.

Where your data is stored

Data is hosted by Google Cloud in Singapore, outside Thailand. Cloudflare may route it through its servers closest to you.

How long

  • Your bookings and client record: as long as the salon counts you among its clients and for as long as its accounting obligations require. You can ask for them to be deleted.
  • Contact form messages: 12 months.
  • Chat conversations: as long as the salon keeps them in its app; you can ask the salon to delete them.
  • Visit measurement: 13 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data and a copy, for its correction or deletion, or for its use to be restricted; you can object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

Contact the salon: suesthetic@gmail.com.

You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Minors

In Thailand, the age of majority is 20. If you are under 20, please book or write with the consent of your parent or guardian.

Changes

This policy follows what the website does: it changes when the salon adds or removes a feature. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
